Philips Real Estate (PRE) and Strukton Worksphere signed the contract for the management and maintenance of Royal Philips buildings on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven.

Roel Stroeken, Head of Real Estate BeNeLux: ‘Philips Real Estate has chosen to outsource the hard services for its critical locations directly to a market specialist and to manage them itself. For this purpose, Philips Real Estate extended its own organisation with the position of Manager Hard Services so that, with its own knowledge in house, it can optimally benefit from the contract and the partnership.’ Philips Real Estate consciously entered into a performance contract with conservation requirements directly with Strukton Worksphere as a hard services provider. The aim is to enter into a transparent, mutually critical and constructive partnership together with Strukton Worksphere, whereby both parties raise the quality level of and monitor their service, based on a solid Service Level Agreement and KPIs, in order to offer occupants a pleasant work and living environment.

‘The partnership between Philips and Strukton Worksphere goes back a long way. This new contract re-confirms this, while the duration of this agreement enables both of us to optimally contribute our own added value in close cooperation, also by using Strukton PULSE.’ Evert Lemmen, CEO Strukton Worksphere
