Since 1 July 2016, Strukton Worksphere has been managing and maintaining several buildings for financial services provider Delta Lloyd.

Improved sustainability is an important part of this management and maintenance contract.

The integral approach at electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and architectural level gives Delta Lloyd's buildings a boost in these cities. Strukton Worksphere provides both preventive and corrective maintenance. In the field of management, it arranges the legal inspections, legionella management and the NEN3140 standard. Furthermore, Strukton Worksphere takes a project approach to work.

Improved sustainability
Improving the sustainability of the buildings, including reduction in electricity and gas consumption, is an important theme for Delta Lloyd. The energy consultants at Strukton Worksphere draw up an Energy Efficiency Plan (EEP) and an Energy Efficiency Directive (EED). These reports produce proposals with measures to further improve the sustainability of the housing in Amsterdam and Helmond.

In addition, using Strukton PULSE, the platform with which we can remotely monitor building installations and discover possible defects at an early stage, ensures that the desired CO2 reduction targets during the operational period is achieved and optimised.
