Building maintenance Enschede to Worksphere
Enschede's Real Estate Agency has commissioned Worksphere to provide the performance-based long-term maintenance for all its social real estate.
The municipality of Enschede's Real Estate Agency has commissioned Strukton Worksphere to provide the performance-based long-term maintenance for all its social real estate. The total area of the buildings to be maintained is over 70,000 m2. The contract runs for 10 years with an option for an extension. Saving energy whilst retaining comfort for building users is one of the main features of this innovative management contract.
The characteristic district centre 'Spinnerij Oosterveld', sports accommodation and Wijkcentrum 'De Boei' are also included in this integral performance-based management and maintenance contract. This contract for the electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and architectural management and maintenance was awarded to Strukton Worksphere due to its strong focus on the combination of sustainability, comfort for the users and undisrupted business operations.
Energy savings & comfort
Challenging KPIs were set for energy savings, sustainability, social return, communications and reduction of disruption and complaints. Today, Bert Haan, director of the North-East region of Strukton Worksphere, and Jeroen Hatenboer, councillor of the municipality of Enschede, signed this integral management and maintenance contract.
Strukton Worksphere is no stranger to the city of Enschede. Strukton Worksphere is responsible for the management and maintenance of both the National Music District and Concordia theatre. With this ten-year performance contract for social real estate, Strukton Worksphere is further extending its management and maintenance activities in the province of Twente and the municipality of Enschede.
